Bogies
Aflink Rail Technologies is able to supply a full range of Wagon Bogie spare parts.

We offer from the bearings and adaptors, through the Brake Block Assembly to the Side Frames.

Brakes
Aflink Rail Technology  can offer any size of Cast Iron Brake Block for wagons or loco’s and up to 26 different pattern for Composite Brake blocks.

The Composite Brake Blocks are Asbestos free and conform to all EU and AAR specs.

Vacuum Cylinder and repair Kits
Aflink Rail Technology  can offer complete, brand new vacuum Cylinders and the spare parts theirin.

We supply Rolling Rings, Piston rods, Neck Gland packing, Seal rings, Release Valves in Nylon, Spare Diaphragms and Gaskets.

Couplings and Hoses
Aflink Rail Technology  can offer all hoses and connecting couplers required for Vacuum and Air Brake Systems.

We offer Air brake hoses 27.8mm and 34.9mm, 3 ply reinforced to 130 PSI (BS3682)
We offer 2 inch and 2 1/2 inch Vacuum hoses.
We offer 1/2, 3/4, and 1 inch Auxiliary Hoses, to any combination.

Glad Hand Air Brake Couplings and Clayton Vacuum Couplings can be supplied separately or already fixed to the hose, depending on the need.
